I believe that our physical and mental health are the foundations upon which our lives are built. When our fitness is lacking it impacts all areas of our lives and prevents us from fulfilling our true potential. When we can wake up in the morning full of energy and feel proud of the person looking back at us in the mirror, our experience of the world is vastly different.

I used to be a skinny, quiet kid but once I transformed my physique it changed my entire life so profoundly that I knew I wanted to help others do the same. Now I am dedicated to helping people unleash their physical potential and giving them confidence and belief in themselves that I know can improve all aspects of their lives. I love helping people improve their physical and mental health and am excited by the prospect of helping you.

SERVICES

 

Personal Training

I offer one to one personal training, based at of Pure Gym Quartermile in central Edinburgh. Come and train with me and let me guide you on your fitness journey in a fantastic facility. Our sessions together will include technique assessments, nutritional advice and bespoke training programmes.

 

Group Training

If one-to-one training seems a bit daunting, I also offer group training. Tailored for each group, this could be a combination of HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training), circuits, strength work and more. For groups of 2+, designed to be fun and challenging at the same time, this could be your gateway to fitness.

Online coaching

Exclusive and direct online coaching. Clients will receive structured training and nutrition plans with 24/7 contact through WhatsApp and weekly check ins. If you’re not local to the area this is a fantastic option for you. Take your first step in becoming a better version of yourself everyday.

 

Training Programme

Your training plan will be written with your goals in mind. It will be tailored to accommodate the days you can train, to focus on potential areas of weakness and will be at the right volume and intensity for you to train well, recover properly and succeed. All aspects are explained in detail, including how exercises are to be performed, how to approach the session warm up and stretching. This will ensure the greatest progress in strength and hypertrophy.

 

Nutrition

Take out the guess work and let me educate you on simple and effective ways to eat for maximum results. Through my calculations your specific calorie requirements are then split into the PERFECT mix of protein, carbohydrates and fats for your goals. Both macronutrient numbers and structured meal plan with variation of choices will be provided for you.

 

Stay positive and do what makes you happy

I trained hard to get the physique I have now. It’s a long process with lots of ups and downs. Trust the process and keep consistent. Don’t let people manipulate your goals. Do what makes YOU happy.
